Challenges Affordable energy- System is reliable- Dispatch power- Fossil fuels, covers all this and is a better alternative in comparison. 60-70% of energy mix is coal in Indonesia. Look at a slow energy transition 31% by 2050. Net 0 emissions by 2050 Change things in the regulatory environment, adjust the tarriff system or working with private sectors to balance the financial burden on the private sector. 2060 all power will be renewbeale. Right now 2-3% of renewable energy is being tapped on. Solution Other countries want to help us, ensure a regulated environment that makes it easy for other countries, how can we engage global stake holders. Financing is the biggest key, create an environment that makes people want to invest. Admit needing the help of other countries and suggest what we can do to help.
