Dubois has more explosive power ,the shot he hit Joyce with was both timing and Joyce didn’t see it , Wilders chin was never great . He was also rocked by Breazeale in the beginning a bit and it didn’t even land flush and was hurt by Furys jab in one sequence. It’s hard to say but Dubois has that compact power .

I understand what Johnny Nelson is saying re the second Usyk fight. Both Fury and AJ realized that Usyk's IQ is higher and he is outsmarting them. That affects your confidence. A boxing league would be interesting. I'm all over the place with the logistics of building up a fighter. You are going against over a century of formulaic structures that made boxing what it is today. Also, there could be a dismantling of the traditional needs of the journeyman. The best fighting the best is truly meant for the top prospects to finally meet when their brand has yielded fruit for it to make sense. Its hard for me to wrap my mind and maybe Turki has worked out these pain points already.

If Bekole wasn't telling the truth, how come everyone advises AJ not to fight him, like, he's so dangerous, yet he's fought and beaten Jared Anderson, otherwise there's not a lot of quality fights there. But I agree, I don't see any of the fighters denying it or wanting to sign a contract with him other than Ajagba to get a chance after the others ran from Bekole.

Johnny is wrong regarding AJ Bakole imo. Maybe he is talking out the side of his neck to put more public pressure on AJ for Sky to benefit as bakole is a Sky fighter, but AJ will take the Bakole fight if the numbers are right. Even if you do risk vs reward, its still rewarding if the numbers are right and add the history of Africa, its a legacy fight win, lose or draw. Barring the current Dubois situation, AJ has always turned up. Team AJ wont be worried about the Fury fight and they shouldnt be because Fury has unfortunately made a consistent foul of getting this so-called mega fight made.

I think Dubois is overlooking Parker. DDD is believing the hype around "what a turnaround I've had, what a great story i am". I really rate Parker and have won plenty of money on him recently so I'll stick with him and i think Parker takes him on points, but that won't be the end for Daniel, he'll come back again.

Boxing has always needed its World Cup, Super Bowl, Grand Slam etc. A ‘structure’ or/& format cuts the diamonds from the rough. Who’s legit? Who’s accountable? Who’s chasing greatness? A World Boxing Super Series? Super Six or something similar would be fun. Regarding the sanctioning bodies who unfortunately won’t go lightly - scrap the rankings & make them ‘leagues’ with regular eliminators / mandatories & ranking points made available. If promoters have exclusive broadcast deals, why can’t they have exclusive sanctioning deals. Surely that benefits fighters who would pay less fees surely?!
