I use to listen to this song back in high school! I haven't listened to it for probably 2 years, but dam did it find me at the perfect time.... drunk, 40 dollars to my name, and about to be evicted. This song never sounded so good and has never been so relatable. This band is WAY under appreciated....

I found this song through the video, I already knew Tall Ships and enjoyed their music. This track however completely ripped my shit up. I've played it about 20 times this weekend. They've encapsulated a sound that is nostalgic and also new, I feel at home in it and also ready for what they can do; and that's just the surface impression. I've not felt a band speaking to me on a deep personal level for a long time and their combined instrumentation does that, along with the incredibly poignant lyrics. There's a lot more I can say about the imagery, I've spent a couple nights chundering on myself hoping I'll get saved by the girl who saw a spark in me but that's another story. For now I just want to say thankyou lads, keep doing this, see you soon (prefrorming live)
