Talla 2XLC earned respect for being the first human who use the term "Techno" to describe electronical music. From being the founding father of the legendary Technoclub (est. 1984), to becoming the most loved progressive Trance DJ in Germany, Talla has received global recognition for his unique brand of powerful and epic Techno Trance. With performances worldwide, further capturing the emotions of his massive fan base across all continents and residencies all over Germany, Space (Ibiza), Club Glow (Washington DC), Viva (Toronto) and many more. Talla has become the Flagship to lead the world further into unchartered territories of this epidemic we call electronic beats. In the early 80s, Talla began his dj career with the sounds of Kraftwerk, YMO, and Depeche Mode. His first projects like Moskwa TV were far ahead of their time and started the legendary sound of Frankfurt. Songs like Technotalk or Generator 7 were powered across Europe and also stormed the American Billboard charts. Even in Chicago, where Technohouse was created, the Moskwa TV tracks were played at the time in clubs and events. He founded the TECHNOCLUB in 1984, (from 1989-2000 located in the legendary Dorian Gray (R.I.P) @ underneat the international Frankfurt Airport). Technoclub is one of the most influential electronic music clubs in the world , responsible for placing many different styles of Techno and Trance on the worldwide map of music. Technoclub played host to many of todays most talented figures of dance music including Carl Cox, Sven Vath, Laurent Garnier, Paul van Dyk, Tiesto and others. Talla has produced plenty of huge tunes, his most successful by was Can you feel the Silence which charted on no.14 of the German Top 100 Sales Charts. His labels Suck me Plasma and tetsuo were worldwide known for the best kicking dance sounds and inspired plenty of artists. Today Talla 2XLC belongs to the elite group of djs in Germany that few artists can claim to belong to. He is one of the best selling artists in the country, attending all the major clubs and raves. His international following is also on a constant rise as he performs all over the world and pays regular visits to world class venues. Vielen Dank für das Video! 🙂 Ich bin mit Technoclub & Talla, Dorian Gray, RPR1 Maximal mit Tillmann Uhrmacher groß geworden und freue mich, dass die Stars von damals teilweise noch schwer aktiv sind! Diese Musikrichtung ist halt eine Lebenseinstellung und die kann man eben nicht so einfach wechseln wie die Automarke. Weiter so!!!! 👍👍👍👍

Da gebe ich dir komplett Recht, ich bin Jahrgang 1972 und die elektronische Musik hat mein ganzes bisheriges Leben begleitet. Zwar war Trance in den Siebzigern noch nicht populär aber elektronische Musik gab es damals schon, hab dann nebenher die Neue Deutsche Welle gerne gehört, danach Italo Disco und so ziemlich alles was so an 80er Jahre Musik schwer angesagt war. Ich bin bis heute der melodischen, gefühlvollen (die Betonung liegt auf melodischen, gefühlvollen) Musik bis heute treu geblieben und ich höre in dem Bereich alles, nicht nur Trance, auch Progressive House, Synthwave, New Retro Wave, Space Ambuent unvam, tanzbare Musik und schöne Musik zum entspannen, mit Vocals und ohne Vocals. Nebenbei höre ich aber auch noch andere Musik wie zum Beispiel Shoegaze von ua M83, Darkwave und Gothic wie VNV Nation und Blutengel und noch viele andere, gute Indie Rockmusik und Indie Popmusik und was mir sonst alles noch so gefällt. Ich bin ziemlich offen für Musik, einzig deutschsprachiger Gangsterrap geht bei mir gar nicht. Musikkanaltipp von mir hier auf KZbin: Mental Minority Music, hab ich mal zufällig hier entdeckt, sehr gute Synthwave Musik aus Deutschland, eigentlich kann ich alles empfehlen, aber wenn du magst hör dir mal den Track Dystopia now an, der ist auf jeden Fall super, also zumindest nach meinem Geschmack nach zu gehen.😀 Hab übrigens auch immer Freitags Abends die Maximal Sendungen mit Tillmann Uhrmacher verfolgt, erst auf RPR1 und dann später auf Sunshine Live. Tillmann war ja auch in den 80ern aktiv als Mitglied bei Mysterious Art, auch die Musik hab ich gerne gehört und mir auch die Maxi Schallplatte von das Omen gekauft, die hab ich auch noch.:) Schade dass Tillmann viel zu früh von uns gehen musste, wie so viele andere auch aus der Szene (Torsten, Mark und noch einige andere), sie alle mögen in Frieden ruhen.

Jap,Talla ist definitiv (mein) Trance- Gott! Schon seit 97 für mich der geilste Trance DJ,Do Ballhaus (30h Event) mit allem was da Rang und Namen hatte: Talla,Taucher,De Bellis,,Deborah,Moguai,Tomcraft,Da Hool,Mike Dragon,Cosmic Gate, usw. Beste Partie ever,wird unerreichbar bleiben! 🙏❤️‍🔥🥰🥰🥰

ich kann es garnicht lassen es ständig zu äussern: ohne talla und seine professionelle art diese musik zu zelebrieren hätte mein leben ganz anders verlaufen lassen. techno club, trance, tetsuo,,..... war sehr interessant und hochklassig. seine sets haben mich immer angesprochen und man hat immer neue sachen mitbekommen. der besondere reiz war die kombination der tracks und das gefühl einer allumfassenden zusammengehörigkeit. viel wärme. danke talla

Das hast Du unendlich gut beschrieben. Dieses positive Lebensgefühl, das er und die anderen uns vermittelt haben, hat etwas mit uns gemacht. Ich bin unglaublich dankbar für die wunderschöne Zeit. Übrigens ... Jahrgang 1973.

Talla ist super. Der Mann hat alles mitgemacht und mitgestaltet, was ging in den Anfangsjahren des Techno. Die frühen 90er mit Talla sind mir unvergesslich.

Every trance producer has a remix of Barber's Adagio. Probably the most reworked piece of classical music in the history of EDM. And for good reason. Did you know that it was played at Robert Kennedy's funeral? Was the soundtrack for Platoon and The Elephant Man? It's amazing. Often voted the saddest piece of classical music ever written. Barber was an amazing composer and teacher. There is video of him on youtube. Not many classical composers you can say that about.

Very true.... we are lucky to have been alive in this era...... pre 80s sure jazz, soul, stones, Bowie, Elton etc then new romantic era..90's. Techno then trance and progressive... slim shady eminem hip hop evolved etc.. popular bands U2, New order and guys like Peter Gabriel and Billy Idol, Phil Collins, orange juice, inxs, icehouse and even Mr Robbie Williams...
