I have such a strange fondness for this song. Even though it reminds me of a 60s American prom, I actually mostly associate it with France. In October 2016 I went on a school trip to paris and i didnt realize I wouldn't have data to listen to music on the bus rides around the city. All I had were the 2 demo albums and I think that one song Rob did for intel. I listened to this song on repeat, along with go, and they're still my favourite tally hall songs to this day. I just remember a completely peaceful feeling on that bus, looking at all these new surroundings. I'll be going again in 2019 or 2020 and I'm making sure that I have the two demo albums on my phone, even if free eu roaming is a thing now. This song means so much to me because of that trip.

I also think that this song is (unknowingly) a metaphor for tally hall as a band today and that with the right circumstances that tally hall could've been active today, but with everyone wanting to pursue their own dreams and because of joe hawleys actions it just couldnt be.
