Taloja is not a good choice for Residencial purpose bcoz rates are suppose to go up but it has a negative impact, even invested money can't be recovered But if you have invest in commercial shops and Gala it might gives you good return as there is not much commercial space available.

Maine bhi as an investment 2018 me arihant me booking me liya tha aaj 2024 me bhai wohi rate mushkil se mil raha hai jitne me liya tha aur jaha mai rehti hu waha is 5 saal me 10 lakhs property rate badh gaya.. Taloja arihant me drinking water bhi nahi rent pe bhi flat nahi jata aur jayega bhi to sirf 3k bachta hai expenses nikal ke kya matlab hua .. Total loss
