ingredients :
1 cup papdi
1/4 cup besan
1/4 cup wheat flour
1 medium sized tomato
fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp ginger-garlic & chili paste
pinch of mustard/cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp dhaniya powder
1/4 tbsp garam masalo
1&1/2 tbsp kashmiri chili powder
pinch of turmeric powder
pinch of ajwain
2 - 3 tbsp cooking oil
curry leaves
salt to taste
