11:20 Actually the powerup that slows down the scoops is actually a bad one to get. You want to get the powerup that speeds up the scoops. The reason is that while the ice cream moves slower/faster, the spawn rate stays the same. So getting the "slow down" powerup on high levels actually makes it more difficult to avoid the ice cream scoops, while the "speed up" powerup makes it easier.
