OMT Tamale hehe I’m going to make some With goat cheese and sun dried tamales! I learned as a kid how to make them. As an adult I made them alone, I love the masa! I’ll make the masa, put it in a quiche pan with a small bowl in the middle, which helps stack them in the pan. Steam it, yummy! The pour the meat sauce over a cut section of e masa. You get ore of everything. I don’t like sweet nes, but I do like the potatoes and steak with Mexican cheese. My idea shh. I loved watching Hulle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️✌️🙏. 3-21-21 P.S I make my masa with Manteca and Shortening, salt, onion and garlic powder!

I'm not a big fan of banana leaf tamales. The reason is because the masa comes from corn and using corn husk makes more sense. When cooking tamales you can smell the "corn" aroma from both the masa and corn husk. Banana leave tamales, on the other hand, when cooking, one can smell the "leafy" green scent. For me, this isn't a complimentary taste/scent at all.
