Hindi rin natin masisi ang mga teachers or gov't. Dapat gina-guide ng magulang , ang first teacher ay ang Ina, yun lng pag ang mga magulang ay mangmang walang edukasyon maaring ganun rin qng mangyayari sa anak, tulad ng inyong aral , paulit ulit ay paikot ikot ang kahirapan .

So sad to hear that one out of 10 grade V students can't read. Something is wrong somewhere, I for one, think that careful / proper selection of teachers/school managers is a must. We waste millons of pesos every year on ineffective teachers & school officials. Change the educational system. Sorry to say this, but it's true, let's face the reality.
