I have a lot of jealousy around me esp my own family for having luxury items or being able to take holidays! I’m single I don’t have children but some people don’t realise that we sometimes have something that others want but we crave to have what others have e.g I would rather be blessed with children and a loving husband than all the items I have x

Its very cruel having the jealousy from the family but usually it can mean only one thing - they are not grateful for all the blessings they have. At the end i would say its less fortunate to have love and family and not be grateful for it, then to not have it at all. You do you and im wishing you lots of lovely moments in 2023

My experience with work jealousy was when I was hired as a triage nurse for a group of eight cardiologists in Seattle. In addition to other duties, I would be assuming some responsibilities of the nurse of one of the cardiologists. She was very proud and protective of the long term work relationship she had with her doctor. Her doctor had pulled me aside to alert me that she was very much against the creation of my position. I made it my mission to understand where she was coming from and to show her respect. I listened to her complain about my position, nodding my head. I told her that I hoped I could lighten her load since she had so many responsibilities. She came to appreciate not having to coordinate getting patients down from Alaska! We ended up being friends.

Did you say ‘let’s talk about setting goals in the new year’ - YES please!!! I would love to know more about how u set goals and even more about how you do your visual boards. We all set goals in different ways and would be good to share what works. I was ill a couple of years ago and went from an 8-10 to size 16. Needless to say my top goal last year was to get back to looking like me (because if i don’t look like me i don’t feel like me). I have a job i love and two businesses, so i also had business related goals. My mom fell ill last Feb and passed away in March. Since then all i did was keep up with my weight goal (and i ticked that this year) and try to get my energy levels back during the grieving process. Needless to say, i did enough to keep my job but nothing substantial to grow my businesses. What bothers me is that we cannot chose too many goals (bc we have to be realistic to avoid unnecessary disappointment) and that we need to chose carefully (some years are good for health goals, some for business and investments, some for saving etc..) How do you chose your goals?

So so agree with you , bullying is always in our life but in different way and yes it always comes from people that are jealous , insecure and unhappy with their life . I’ve been bullied in my last work and understood that in luxury environment is very hard there is like no sentiment . I had similar issue with experienced person so it’s not easy at all as they don’t listen , they don’t even consider you 😏 It was so bad , I felt so bad but I’m strong and I will go thru it , learned a lot and hope my next job will b better 🙏🏽 and I believe if you work hard , if you stay true to yourself , if you love & believe in you , if you do good and don’t revenge God will work it out for you , He will fight for you , He will help you . That’s what happened to me , I thought about to quiet the job but thank God I didn’t . It’s so sad honestly and mostly it’s comes from women like us and even older 😏 People who don’t give credit and still copy it’s just so pity 🙄 it happens to me every time but well I say myself I’m the authentic and she’s the copy 🤣 😢 can’t believe your vlogmas is already finished . You’re literally the best 🫶🏽 so inspiring , never boring , always new topics , nice talks .
