How are some stores so well stocked and others are in chaos? I’ve been going daily to my local store. The same containers are blocking the aisles with merchandise that should be put out. It’s just sitting there. They are stocking but the store is a Mess.

Does Dollar Tree have tools for opening some of their products? I bought an astronaut phone stand but couldn’t open the back to insert the batteries. Do I need to buy special tools for this?
