Yes, the water will evaporate. I used a very larger aloe and kept it on med low for about an hr and some change. Not one drop of water. The oil smells amazing!

Hi thank you for your message and it's totally fine ..1, first you can use what every carrier oils of your choice 2, after one hour or a little over while you will notice it's just oil in the pot. 3, you can use essential oils as well as vitamin E oil to help with shelf life. Hi because we blended all the ingredients together, I would not advise doing the double boiler method plus I have never done it like that and yes you can use your dry rosemary. Good luck
