1 TBS TAMARIND MAKE INTO TAMARING WATER AS EXPLAINED ON VIDEO
6 TBS TAMARIND WATER
2 RED CHILLI
1 GREEN CHILLI
3 CLOVES GARLIC
1 SALAD TOMATO
1 HANDFULL CORIANDER
1/2 TSP SALT
1 TSP SUGER

This sauce is much loved on the coast of East Africa! A lot of the cuisine there is inspired from the Indian subcontinent, I didn't realize this was too!

Oh man that looks awesome. I'm so used to the pureed tamarind chutney, but this is a whole new level. I love the texture. Will definitely be trying this soon with some fried lentil crisps. Thanks!

Looks very good. I used to go to the Golden Curry in Clapham High Street in the 90s the did a Chicken Tikka Madras I nwver found anywhere..spicy, sweet, sour, very red and very hot and witha smoked flavour...I cooked a lot of your dishes and they are lovely. Your Oniionbhaji recipe, delicious. Any suggestions for me here in Bavaria hiw to get that Madras smokey flavour, thanks.

Smoke a small piece of charcoal pop it in a metal bowl and rest it on top of the curry with the lid on for about 4-6 mins, that should get you the smoky flavour you're looking for?

The old Scotch Bonnet, great with curry goat and I do miss that. Chutney, I'm only 1,600 Km SE of Ali Amjad's clock and have a lot of the ingredients but they know nothing about chutney here so any chance of a video so I can get the boss interested would be wonderful. If I try to start cooking it starts WW3 as it is "Women Only!" and White people don't know how to cook ..... I will never know how I managed to do Christmas dinners for 18 plus people with different meats back in the day ;-)

Yes you can, I would recommend 1 - 1.5 tsp

This sauce will go well with chips and kebabs. Bangladeshi Naga chillies are also known as ghost peppers. It's in the Guinness book of records are the most hottest and fiery chilli.
