My neighbor's grandparents have 2 tamarind trees that bear a lot of fruit. The tamarind is about to ripen. I'm trying to buy some to make jam. If the fruit is too ripe, I won't be able to make it, but maybe I picked it a bit late. The tamarind is quite ripe so it is not possible to use all of the picked tamarind to make jam. Let's do it together with my husband and I.
