Lobby window in bathroom... lol. Did you like the breakfast? Did you feel the location in proximity to beach was good? Overall, did you feel it was quiet?

Laura Knight yes, yes, and yes. We went during a less popular time of the year so it might be different depending on when you go.

Hi Rachel, thanks for reply. It has been 15 years since I have visited Tamarindo. I pulled up another video, of someone walking from the main street to the Jardin hotel & the town looked like chaos! I suppose it is a much more popular tourist scene, but I was a little frightened by the college boys playing in the pool, shouting, laughing, drinking.... & I thought oh dear! I think the Hotel pics are lovely & looks so serene, but we are spending 2 weeks exploring each surf town, so on the way back to Liberia, I wanted to find a "quiet" location. Anyways, thanks for sharing your video. In the end, I booked Hotel Playa Negra.
