+56strine Yea they will be expensive. Seems to be the case more and more with prime beachfront rentals here on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.

Just got back and can't say enough good things about it. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms and grounds are constantly being cared for. One note is that the rooms are categorized and have specific sleeping arrangements. Our agent didn't know this so we had to request a change when we arrived which the staff graciously arranged with no increase in cost. If you want a great vacation this is the place. Pura Vida!
