God he’s amazing it I’m being honest he’s probably like one of the best creators he has an amazing band name, amazing album names, amazing song Titles, perfect amount of songs in his album, a good amount of albums, he layers the beats in songs perfectly, he literally creates and produces all his music his self, his music videos are great and fit the song and it’s title, he’s not problematic, he’s helped well known people with many songs, and overall creates amazing music

There are no words to describe the utter genius of Kevin Parker. He's indescribable, his work and his music are so moving and psychedelic it literally changes your perspective of the world. Maybe it's just me, but lonerism shows that the most, his best album on my opinion. It's a perfect transition between innerspeaker and currents. Perfection.

These motherfuckers are the shit!!! My god. I've listened to the "Currents" album from beginning to end at least 50 times. I'm just now getting into the older stuff. The tempo, tones, mood of their music is enough for me. then i pull up the lyrics and am completly blown away. Love songs like "Yes, i'm changing", "love/paranoia" have me pulling out my dads old Otis Redding records like "lover's prayer" and "free me". I'm fuckin' hooked. "New person, same ole Mistakes" has summed up the last five years of a relationship i'm in. Every line in that song is me. Many blessing to the group. Fuckin' dope!

this song doesn't because its a bit more doors-y/incense-and-peppermints-y. what he sounds like is like a rogue beatle jamming with various anonymous hitmakers from the 60's, with a new "superband"-style line-up for every song.
@mikesuniverse17896 жыл бұрын
the way he sings is that same way the beatles songs are sung... nothing wrong with that.. i think theres a proper way for songs to be sung for each voice type.. it wouldn't make sense for him to sing like eddie Levert for example.

This song reminds me of a women I once loved, and all I told her were lies, lies with reason, lies without reason, lies to make me look good or bad, I didn't care, I liked the control and confusion, until the lies became part of my life, my life was a lie, confusing and disorienting, lack of control, the women I loved was also mentally ill and manuipulatave on top of all this stress it lead to a psychotic break, wether it was drug induced I don't know, but I pretty much was driven insane, the visuals and sounds of this video compliment this so well, like my life felt like this song, I know that don't make sense but you get me, this song makes me sad but also makes me proud of my pursuit to stop being a liar, the mental breakdown was the turning my point of my view of life and ever since then I've been different, I spoke out about it since then, it makes me more appreciative of stuff, I'm medicated now and I've improved my mental health, I'm diagnosed with A&D, BPD, ADHD, ASD and sumn else but it's like not relevant I think it's ODD, but every time I sit back and listen to this song it just so Idk man, it didn't really change anything there's no moral, I just love the song and the feelings even know they are bad they are important.

At least lying keeps her happy. I wish anyone could love anybody and that all you had to do is care about someone to love them as much as they love youuu. Why does the brain have to compare everything else with everything now? Why cant we forget the pastt?
@justkeepbreathing30185 жыл бұрын
my saying is the most candid honesty feels better than the sweetest lie. if youre lying their happiness is not real. at least to me, id rather have someone be honest than to string me along with false sweetness. eventually lies reveal themselves for what they are, they will dissolve the truth is solid. idk. i just feel like the more authentic the absolute better for every person involved.

I'm a hippie in the 60's... I'm the young guy on top of the car doing the most random but also the most groovy dances with no shirt on because it's Friday night. That's what I'm supposed to do.. Everybody is having a good time.. I'm Tripping on enough LSD for 3 people and I'm absolutely amazed by the audience I have gathered outside of this club. I have a custom car with a radio. My two buddies took normal doses so instead of joining me they are still on the ground with the other people just laughing hysterically because their giggle phase lasts forever... This is pure bliss. Life couldn't get any better than it is right now.. I make eye contact with a gorgeous girl and dance my way to her. I lied, Life can get better. I get in front of her and then I slyly slither around her body. She follows me with her head, smiling the entire time. Then I stop in front of her again and we stare at each other doing the basic swaying type dances. I get really close, body to body, and see that she is indeed thinking what I'm thinking. It's very easy to see since her pupils are just as big as mine. I hold her hand, we go get in my cherry red 1964 Convertible Chevy Malibu, and we drive off into the night. The way my ride shines when the street lights hit it is magnificent. The brightness is enough to turn ladies into flies. They swarm my way the instant they're eyes touch it. My friends start running behind us but I don't stop... I know this sweet spot where we can see the view of the entire city.. We get there.. We are alone.. The car is now a bed.. We make wonderful love full of awe as we watch the moon light reflect off of each others skin and onto the leather... Her texture feels like clay. As I move to different parts of her galaxy I still see the imprint of myself on the others... All of a sudden she came to share the same texture as the ocean. It seems I have hit the right spot.. My soul is sinking inside of hers.. We become one and begin to fly away... Don't be surprised if we're gone for eternity!!! This is too far out to end.
