Holy crap! This song is mindblowingly amazing. Tame musically translate very well the feeling of mind's evolution of letting things happen. - I mean... at 2:40 starts the musical bridge where little by little it seems like a scratch cd [i take this as the mental process of not letting things happen and don't detach of all the things that stops you from flow like the river ] - At 3:50 the music seems stuck [i take it as the mental process of try to really blocking you from the flow of the things, Something within you persist to stay and don't let you carry on with the things ] - But at 4:05 , a really deep synth seems to grow again [ This is like Your mind is exhausted, and see no more option but let the things happen] - Finally at 4:43 music seems to find rythm again [This is like Your inner voice tells you "let it happen, it's gonna feel so good", and let go all the things that stopped you to be free and flow like the river] and with this fliter effect going side by side of the earphones I really feel like the music is flowing. This is sick dude!!!! I really want to hear Currents Cheers

It's always around me, all this noise, but Not nearly as loud as the voice saying "Let it happen, let it happen" (It's gonna feel so good) "Just let it happen, let it happen" All this running around Tryin' to cover my shadow A notion growing inside Now all the others seem shallow All this running around Bearing down on my shoulders I can hear an alarm It must be morning I heard about a whirlwind that's coming 'round It's gonna carry off all that isn't bound, and When it happens, when it happens (I won't be holding on) So let it happen, let it happen All this running around I can't fight it much longer Something's tryin' to get out And it's never been closer If my take-off fails Make up some other story But if I never come back Tell my mother I'm sorry I will not vanish You will not scare me Try to get to it Try to bounce to All the while thinking I might as well do it They be loving someone and I’m not that stupid Take the next ticket Take the next train Why would I do it? And you wanna think that Baby, now I'm ready, moving on Oh, but maybe I was ready all along Oh, I'm ready for the moment and the sound Oh, but maybe I was ready all along Baby, now I'm ready, moving on Oh, but maybe I was ready all along Oh, I'm ready for the moment and the sound Oh, but maybe I was ready all along

Can confirm. Trying LSD made me see I'm a beautiful angel and while nobody has ever told me that way, I told this to myself that night in the mirror and is enough. I said "You, angel, you are beautiful and deserve good things", and that trip felt like this song. Gut wrenching like the middle part of the song but upbeat at the end. Still, I was alcoholic for 5 more years, and when I hit rock bottom, and ask for help, it felt like this song over again. I let it happen, i surrender and started believing in a Higher Power. And I'm cool since then. 2 years clean and sober and going strong.

I feel like this song talks about maturity. The acceptance of let the things happen, and at the same time changing our decisions to make the things better and respect ourselves. Even I can feel that this songs talks about the acceptance of life and death, cuz' the fear of everything that could happen make anxiety and psychosis, and all kind of mental harms, overthinking and trying to make yourself responsable of what's happening in your life, like the main character of the story of life, your own life as a story where everything is your fault, it's a journey through fear through time, through your mind, it's the journey of the beautiful art of the life, learning to die in peace. So, just let it happen, it's gonna feel so good.

The first time I listened to it, I listened to my friend's advice. I was in complete darkness, eyes closed with headphones. I got carried away, and among all the images I had in my head, from 04:30 I saw a Japanese businessman, in a black suit, floating static in the middle of the galaxy with Saturn behind . Around him there were little baseball players hitting a ball in rhythm with the percussion, and who were circling around him. After that ? I fell asleep and woke up 15 minutes later, a little confused. I was able to listen to the music a second time and discover the ending. What an adventure. If this is your first time listening, share what images came to mind while listening.

I just finished listening to this song for the very first time and it was such an awesome experience! Like OMG, I had to get up and start dancing. All I want is to be in a room, with the lights off and the love of my life, just dancing to this. Because that's what this song makes me feel. It makes me feel in love. It makes me feel alive. It makes me wanna dance and just live, Omg. And I'm not even high lol.
