Felt like getting philosophical because I can't stop thinking, so please, forgive me. I disagree with the description because we can feel both bad and good organically. We inherently know when something feels bad or good, so someone can be sad without happiness being a goal already. What defines feeling sad is not feeling happy, not feeling as if one's needs are met. Making happiness a goal can be healthy when we feel bad, too. Maybe I misunderstood, though -- maybe it's like remembering the past like it was yesterday, a happy past, and "suddenly" (years later), happiness is a goal and you're not happy. I get the intent, though -- some people always think that the grass is greener on the other side and don't appreciate what they have. ...this video helps with that, appreciating what's there, slowing down. :)
