Usually here in Indian stores they sell chicken ma, we buy from there.. for chicken 65 we buy boneless thigh pieces , they are already cut and packed .. so just spray turmeric and leave it for 15 mins , then I wash them.. for gravy and briyani we buy leg quarters.. they are usually cut but if you want just cut them with a butchers knife .. it is very easy only ma ..

Because onions have the quality to attract germs to them. So always its advisable to peel onions whenever necessary . Dont store peeled onions in fridge or anywhere . Onions should be cooked within fifteen to thirty minutes of peeling and chopping.

Thank you ma ❤ Lodge Dutch oven 6 qts , I use 4 cups max ( 1 cup measurement is 180gms) I have used only 4 cups so far .. 1 cup rice 1 3/4 water .. I don’t reheat the briyani .. since this pot itself heavy bottomed it stays warm for a while.. so I make briyani in this and once guest arrive I transfer to hot pack.. I hope i answered all your doubts ma.. if not you can feel free to ask me again ❤

@ no no it doesn’t stick to bottom unless and until you cook in high flame , usually I leave it in medium to low flame , it never sticks to bottom at all.. You can check my briyani playlist where I have mentioned how to make it in detail ma ..

For 1 cup rice 2 cups water .. pressure cook or open pot method .. You have to soak it for atleast 5 hrs .. same how you cook other rice varieties, once you make once you will start correcting the water level and cooking method ma.. try it once da
