Hi dr.. yes dried small onions .. simple pa peel small onions and wash them .. then chop them into small chunks ,so that they tend to dry soon when placed under sun.. place them in a cloth and leave it in sunlight for a day or 2 until it dries completely.. you can use them for all sorts of gravies ..

Can you show me how you arrange that idly batter dabbas in fridge. I want the height of the containers. I want to buy for my DIL. They have the same fridge. So, that info will be useful. And where you store that puliyodharai mix , tomato thokku - in freezer or fridge sec?
