For bringing down the temperature of milk, use the same milk pan which you boiled milk and take a plate and fill some water and keep it. Change water in plate after 30s. Then change water again for 30s. At the end of one minute,milk will cool down. Heat diffuses faster in water compared to air. That too if vessels has large surface area like milk pan,heat diffuses much faster.

U need not give as puree.. u can start giving smashed foods.. banana, Boiled apple, egg, boiled chicken, well smashed curd rice, well smashed dal rice, dosa (utapam type) with chutney but try to give big pieces.. as small pieces of food are chocking hazard for babies
