I was at that show on that night.Unfortunately I got there late and missed her set. I was sooo upset. Then someone said grant came out . I really became even more upset. I love them both. This was at the beacon theater. She opened for Jaheim. I bought the ticket just because she was on the bill. And I still missed her performance. One of my greatest upsets. 😮 the happy ending is that several years later... I got to see her up close in personal.. finally. She was performing at Springfield park. Free summer concert. This made up for it. The previous disappointment. Even though it rained. She stayed through it.. Then ran in front of me as it came down harder.. to get into her limo. I was shocked. But surprised. My classic memories. I love her..

tamia is a wonderful artist. im a big fan. i dont care if she's underrated because she's the best for me. she makes pretty good ageless music, real quality unlike some famous divas who gets all the praises but fades generation after generation.

The reason Beyonce is so criticized, and I'm one of the critics, is because she unjustly received all of this BS acclaim for such limited talent. That has nothing to do with a label. That has everything to do with politics in the music business. Also, the talent pool say from 2000 to the present day (10/15/10) is GARBAGE! Eye candy is the name of the game. The video era replaced vocal talent. You know its true so don't play yourself. That's why other cultures who studied us are taking off now
