Peach Pie - pie crust topped with peach pie filling & cookie pieces
Churro - A cookie with cinnamon flavor, cinnamon buttercream & cinnamon sugar
Triple Chocolate Chip - chocolate cookie with semi-sweet chunks, white chips & milk chocolate chips

Lol fun fact about the Peach Pie process: We typically dress them after they cool and right before they go into the warmer. So technically, you will never be sold a cookie that has been sitting with the peach filling in it for longer than 2 hours if that eases your mind about the freshness of it 😂 it seems to me that every warm pie cookie we offer will be treated the same. Chilled cookies are typically a different story tho 🙂

I was so excited about the peach pue one! Crumbl has always been a 2 hour drive but it is now cut to 45 minutes with a new location. Sounds like it is not even worth 45 minutes though! Lol

Are there any cookie flavors (at all-not just this week) that you like better at room temp (if served warm or cold originally)?

I like the cookies best warm or at room temperature, so for me, all of the cold cookies are better after they have been out of the refrigerator for an hour. I would never choose anything with whipped cream if we weren’t reviewing them.

I'm a full on brownie edge person, but I'm also a thin brownie person. Also instead of one of those squiggly edge pans, I have a Wilton brownie bar pan. It makes pieces with edges all around, AND there's no cutting necessary!

Maybe if they made the peach into more of a babka roll, the flavors would have been better distributed . My top picks this week would be the triple chocolate chip and peanut butter which is usually no big surprise !

Is it the Peach base similar to the Boston base of last week?

I’m a middle brownie gal too. We have a local bakery that sells just end pieces. So there is a love for them. I think the peach is interesting. I don’t think of that in October. It looks like it will be Churro and Peanut Butter Cup this week! Great review. 🍪
