Tamil, a Dravidian language, is spoken in southern India and northeastern Sri Lanka with 61.5 million native speakers and 8 million second-language speakers. It's an official language in India, particularly in Tamil Nadu, and is one of the 22 official languages and 14 regional languages of India. Tamil features 5 short and 5 long native vowels, and 16 consonants, and follows an agglutinative structure, adding suffixes to form words. Its standard word order is Subject-Object-Verb, with the verb consistently placed at the end of sentences.
If you are interested to see your native language/dialect be featured here.
