I do like you videos. They give a different perspective on things. I recently cycled from Chennai to Kerala. That Tamil Nadu is 20-30 years behind I really don't understand. However I have briefly visited other cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Varanasi. Best wishes forward on you ride, keep posting

Thanks...will keep posting.happy to know that my videos are giving different prospective. Seems purpose achieved. Whe n I saw Tamilnadu and my mind did an campersion, which is its basic instinct, I realized in terms of look and feel, only look and feel, okay... I used to see such landscapes, buildings, shops roadside bullockcarts, old bikes and so much. in1 980, 90, during my cycling...trips but now a days everything is so modern, all buildings, road etc..this made me think that this state js still b3hind, unlike other states

Actually that is a lake overfilled with water during flood and it lasts till now . Those are normal villages from South TN and I have seen such villages even in other states like Karnataka , Madhya Pradesh, Andhra pradesh etc and it maybe because that it’s South TN one of the least developed and sparsely populated part of TN hence it may look less developed but I can say people are educated atleast in Tamil medium and there are greater women workforce participation It may look less developed but we have greater HDI than many states I feel the reality is more important that looks of course Kerala is more developed in everything . Google maps always fail You must visit Theri kaadu which is closeby. My native is near where you have visited in this video .

Hey, Thanks for your valuable insights, always. You have a very good knowledge and i appreciate when you share that. My observation and finding is - that - Tamilnadu is siffering because of political will. Government doesnt want the tamilians get good education and have a exposure to the world. Thats why they are completely ignoring one parallel language, with Tamil. In school., they dont focus on teaching english. A good english with Tamil language can be a very good option. i suggest that Tamilnadu Government should focus more in teaching english along with tamil from 6th standard onwards. This will help them to communicate with outsiders like me. Also, one more point is that - they should plan and do equal distribution of industries and wealth. Few districts are very rich and few are very poor. Here also, a mature and efficient politician can help to develop the state.

@@WorldBudgetWheels Fair points. English is actually thought in all schools irrespective of medium but maybe in government schools the quality of English thought is poor.

Hi Vijay, actually not, I raised a point and South part of Tamilnadu is neglected by the government. North Tamilnadu is very developed. Also, I raised a point that education policy of Tamilnadu, is not effective.

Dude you have no clue how rich people in Tamil Nadu are. I am not a tamilian but can say with conviction that people in TN are very simple and humble unlike uo North where people are all about showing off. I tried buying farmland here but could not afford as they cost 30-40 lakhs per acre and you say they are poor😂 They are very genuine and humble people hence the simple house's
@WorldBudgetWheels

30-40 lakhs per Acre! wow! its so cheap land. There in north, you can not even buy half acre of land in this amount. Any ways, point is not this - Point is - If someone is rich, it will show in many ways itself. There is no need to show off. Also, I got so much love from Tamil Peoples, they are very kind and helpful. You will see so many heart warming stories, which i came across during my travel. So, Its not about the People, Its about the Failure of Tamilnadu Government. They couldnt develop it. Do you know, when you said, Tamilnadu is rich. let me tell you the exact picture of this richness. Tamilnadu has 40 districts, only 8 districts are rich and can be called developed. Remaining 32 district are very poor. having a Literacy rate of 71%, why people can not cop - up with the world, because So called, second language of the sate (English) is not at all focused and spent time on it. Hope things will be better in future. Current state of Tamilnadu is not appreciable.

@@WorldBudgetWheels How did you come to the conclusion that they are very poor?? That's why I said people in TN are basically way richer than an average person from North India. Just that they live a very low profile lifestyle which North Indian people don't understand. I am not a DMK supporter but the government does have good schemes for the people, for example women get free transportation across the state of TN people below the poverty line get 1000rs per ration card per month. Medical insurance provide by the state even before Modi bought the scheme. 200 units free electricity free for everyone that Kejriwal copied from TN and takes credit for there are many other schemes as such for the people of the state. Corruption is a concern but which state is 100% corruption free??

Your appearance and pronouncing it self seems to be 30 years older than TN. TN is the second richer state in TN and most urbanized state in TN. The successful political ideology of TM made better place in INDIA . If you go to any rural place in north India , it will be worse than TN .

Nothing Personal, i am sharing what i have seen. Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujrat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala and Now Tamilnadu. All Rural areas, No Big City. This is what i have covered. Check my Videos @cycling Beast ( This is my another channel, but in Hindi), So i have never came across, what i have seen and observed in TN. There is another Video, By the name of Quantum Connections, i met with 2 other Indians, from Delhi and Rajasthan. They also said the same thing, without even asking by me. So, There is something in TN, or this part of TN, where i was at that time, while recording this video, which is far behind. Yeah.. i am older than 30, i am 43 right now, so true. i appear and pronounce my age. Trust me, their no biasness. I am like a mirror, i show what i see!!!!!!! Apologies, for hurting you, Dear...
