We had been to Valparai only on 3rd June, but you are lucky to see the jungle goat and bison... We went via Kanakapura Road as we are located near Art of Living. This way the road is very picturesque and have to come down via 27 hairpin bend to reach Coimbatore. On way, we visited the famous Banariamma temple. From Coimbatore of course the route is the same as taken by you.. Your stay location is fantastic and reasonably priced...enjoy the trip..🎉🎉

Manish bhai Thoppur ghat is notorious for sharp decent and accidents of trucks which turn turtle. That’s the reason you saw so many speed breakers and deleberate divider on the road to slow down the traffic. You would have also heard loudspeakers announcing to slow down speed in that stretch. Enjoy your TN visit.

While you may not have realised, you crossed Mettur Dam which is a very critical dam for Tamil Nadu from an irrigation purpose. Copious monsoons in the Coorg region of Karnataka causes excess water from Krishnaraja Sagar Dam to flow into Mettur where it is stored. During August water is released from there to the Delta region of Tamil Nadu which is the paddy granary of TN . The factory that you saw near Mettur is an Aluminium manufacturing unit.

Manishji....I am planning a roadtrip to Bangalore from Kolkata with family.....is NH19 is safe for night driving or Night stays in hotels is preferable... especially from vijaywada to tirupati, Bangalore section..??

You mean NH16 ? I would not recommend driving night unless you confident and trust your vehicle. Staying on Highway is fine however don't expect good hotels unless you planning for hotels in major cities on this highway. Kolkata to Bangalore you can halt at Vizag, Vijaywada or Bhubaneswar as per your itinerary.

I'll not drive non stop but instead of three nights I wanted to stay one night at the hotel, in that case there will be a scenario when I'll have to drive at night ...preferably I'll take a hotel in Vizag. Vizag to Attibele possible in one go....or is it too much....upto vizag I know the road after Vizag I'll be depending on Google Maps. My car is new 2024 Renault Triber. Previously I drove around 650km in night and day combined...Kolkata to Dooars. You're familiar with the road conditions and localities there so your feedback is valuable to me. Btw your videos are awesome.👌👌

मनीष बेटा जब से देखा गाड़ी मे ही देखा देखते देखते दो से तीन हो गये हो और तुम दोनो के खान पान भी देख रहा हूं मसाले और घी बटर पर काफी जोर है थोड़ा फिटनेस पर भी ध्यान देता तो अच्छा होता । पता ही होगा गलत खान पान और शारीरिक परिश्रम की कमी से अनेक प्रकार की बीमारी शरीर मे पैदा हो जाती है इसलिए मेरा सुझाव है कभी गाड़ी छोड़ कर पैदल चलने का अभ्यास भी कर लिया करो बड़े भाई समझ कर ।
