Betrayal by so called intelligent girl , duping Dr n becomes specialist using him his home food money care VISA SPONSOR etc etc. End she says he's the patient. She could have well moved out knowing he duped her as Rohith. Both characters are not authentic. They r cheating one another in some way. One does bfo, the girl does after...that's all difference. Heartlessness...no compassion in both. Yes narcissistic portrayal in both. The college friend n Arjun are way innocent. But Rahman acted well.
