In this poriyal recipe, freshly prepared coconut based mixture is added which enhances the taste of this poriyal. This radish stir fry can be served as a side dish for all rice varieties. Ingredients :
1. Radish - 500 grams (chopped)
2. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp + 1 pinch
3. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
4. Green chilli - 4 Nos
5. Garlic - 2 Nos
6. Few curry leaves
7. Grated coconut - 4 tbsp
8. Required Salt
9. Oil - 1 tbsp
10. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
11. Urad dal - 1 tsp
12. Channa dal - 1 tsp
13. Few curry leaves
14. Onion - 1/4 cup (chopped)
15. Few chopped coriander leaves
