Oil - 3 tbsp

Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Few curry leaves
Crushed garlic - 5 Nos
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
