Depression also very common in India unfortunately indian society living in denial. We Indians barely care about mental health, peoples ll mock when someone say they need to go therapist.

Introversion is also like not able orr dont liile too socialiise even when they force thenself the feel liile they dont want tto socialise. Hikikomori are people who stay inside houses dont come outside due introversion social phobia more. India atleast socialising skills not bad compared to japan. But japan they cannot change jobs too much of perfection also lead them to depression.
