I would even say you also need to know when to be silent regardless of the urge to respond verbally or at all. In my own Christian development I've been through this many times even being baited to respond in anger or ignorance, so I was tempted more easily when I was younger, but I learned through the Holy Spirit to be still and quiet and respond at an appointed time when led by the Lord to do so.

general chang amen..I learned to be still and know he is Lord..as much as we feel a righteous judgment is needed..we think before we speak for sure..be led by the Spirit always..be blessed the ressurection Sunday!! HALLELUJAH!!

James 3:1-12 yes: I bind the tongue of the devil and the devils minions under my feet, in the name and by the blood of Christ, amen and hallelujah! I believe God is in control in Christ his name.
