hello! pretty late to the party but, could the model still look great without adding paint? I don't have access to any spray paints at home and I was worried if the neat green parts wouldn't come already painted from the box
@C-Hobby9 ай бұрын
Sorry for the late reply, it won't turn out very well without spray painting, cause it lacks a lot of color detail. If you don't have an airbrush, you can paint by hand with a bristle brush.

Brilliant video. I've just purchased this exact same kit.. Only question I have is how did you get that paint finish on the fuel tank?
@C-Hobby9 ай бұрын
Sorry for the late reply, the paint on the tank is gloss black as a base color and then graphite powder is applied on top.

Wow! What a nice Ninja H2R! Live it! Also I learn some new techniques from you. By the way, which silver and black paint did you use (time 10:00 and then 11:50)? I mean which of those is enamel/acrylic/laquer. I guess silver paint laquer and gloss black was something like Humbrol enamel?
@C-Hobby Жыл бұрын
silver is Mr.color c-8, black is Tamiya enamel x-1

Man, that's a beautiful bike. Perfect job. Is this type of kit recommended for beginners or what line would you recommend?(Forgive me if my english is not too god) 😅
@C-Hobby Жыл бұрын
Thanks❤️ According to my understanding , This kit is not very suitable for beginners , I recommend starting with simple car models , such as tamiya RX-7 , if you only like motorcycles , Aoshima Honda Monkey , Gorilla is great for beginners.

What's the best option for building this big bike! What should I buy the Die Cast Big Bike or a Model Kit?
@C-Hobby4 ай бұрын
The best option really depends on your preferences! If you enjoy the assembly and detailing process, a model kit might be the way to go, as it allows for more customization. However, if you're looking for something that's ready to display with less effort, the die-cast big bike would be a great choice.
brilliant model .. just wondered .. after you apply the tamiya powder to the exhaust,do you just leave it or do you use something to seal the powder so it doesnt get accidentaly wiped off ? :)
@C-Hobby7 ай бұрын
I didn't seal the powder, so I just have to be careful not to touch it again.

@@C-Hobby thanks for replying ..much appreciated .. just ordered the powders and will give it a try myself .. probably mess it up though lol thanks again :)
