And she goes very well indeed, Alex! Very nippy for a 17.5T, you must have the setup perfect! I enjoyed the slides past the camera very much, I can see you had a fun time with your little wasp. I have no idea why your settings change for the steering, but my friend, Rob, has some similar issues with his 2.4G radio. My ancient Acoms 27MHz radios have no such problems!!! Great video, thanks very much for sharing with us, mon ami! :))

Hi, Mark! Thank you very much! Yeah, that little wasp is really fun to drive. I didn't know how a front-wheel drive behaves, it's a lot of fun. The handling is impressive even if, as you saw, I managed to slide it a little bit. Thank you for your information about Rob. So I'm going to try to pair it with another remote to see if I have the same problem. Will I have to switch back to Mhz instead of Ghz? Time will tell. Thanks again, best wishes to you mon ami.

Hi Alex. Very nice. A little pocket rocket! Did you see my comments on the other video about the steering. My theories are basically about the things attached to the servo rather than the servo itself. If it is the servo then maybe it's just a duffer! Anyway, nice vid mate :-)

Hey, Pete! Thank you very much for your advice! Thanks to you I have a second track of exploration to solve the problem, in addition to the one on the remote control. I think you're right the servo saver doesn't come back exactly where it started. Regarding the servo-horn length I use the one from the Tamiya kit so I think it's ok. One thing that might help me is that the steering rod is adjustable in length, there might be something to do there too. I'm going to check it out. . . With all these options installed on this car it would be really stupid if I couldn't drive it straight ! Encore merci ! Prends soin de toi mon ami.

@@fencenaoghen3569 oh I was just meaning about the fit of the horn on the servo. I had one recently that was slipping round on the splines because it wasn't quite the right size. More likely to be a sticky servo saver 😀

Are the modifications done and installed on the golf bring you a benefit.?(new suspension kit)
@fencenaoghen35694 жыл бұрын
Hi Lo' ! Yes, absolutely. The contribution of oil bath shock absorbers is undeniable. The basic shock absorbers offered in the kit are oil-free friction dampers, i. e. they are only springs. The car therefore tends to bounce more easily. Especially when the shock absorber piston returns to its initial position. The result is a loss of grip and traction. The stabilizer bars I installed stiffen the chassis even more. They're only effective, even useful, with oil-immersed shock absorbers, otherwise you'll have a bouncing car every time you change course. So yes, the benefit is real in traction and handling. Thanks for your message! I hope to see the assembly of your first kit soon! Take care Bro'.
