Hey John, this reminds me of rebuilding the telescopic drive shaft for the Arrma 4s lune, really tough for me to get the back together wirh fat finger. You make it look so easy. Another great build video.

The construction of the shafts's great. But if you can get your hands on metal ones, please change them. The originals don't forgive blocked wheels. Proofen by my grand daughter. Great video my friend.

Hey there Dirk, thank yo7 for popping by and the great advice, yeah, seems to be the consensus from other great friends on KZbin too, the drive shafts seem to be a weak point. I’ll try and be careful. Best wishes my friend to you and the family 😉🖐️😉😎

@@JF-RC Luckily in the Unimog kit there was a spare set. Hoping yours had that too. This might help on one or two incidents😉

Those drive shafts are very similar to the cougar ones. Helps to heat those ones up a little which saves the fingers 😁

Wrestling those pivot balls in there can be a fight sometimes! Other times they seem to pop right in.

Hi Brent, thank you for popping by and the advice. I’ll keep a look out for the shafts, hopefully they won’t break, but if they do, of course, it’ll be an upgrade that will have to be performed 🖐️😎😉best wishes to you all 😎😉

John man, I have to say, I'm not a fan of plastic drive shafts.... There look great though... I agree with Madmustang, my old traxx-ass stampede I had used a type like that but ALWAYS broke... Lets hope these hold up. Great video and very well put!!!!

Hi Bob, thank you for watching and leaving me a great comment. I’ve heeded the valuable advice from you, Kev and Brent too, I’m going to take it easy with it, but, if it does break the shafts, we’ll….thats RC’ing, I’ll have to prise open my wallet and buy some upgraded ones 🤦🏻‍♂️😂🤦🏻‍♂️best wishes to you and the family 😉😎🖐️

Wow! Now that’s surprising. Wasn’t expecting plastic driveshafts on this one. When I built the Bronco CC02 I was surprised with the plastic drive shafts as the CC01 was all metal. But maybe what surprises me more is these driveshafts look identical to those on the CC02! Do you know if they are the exact same shafts? They look about the same size.

Hey Freddy, thank you for watching my friend. Yeah, lots of comments about these being plastic ones, only hope that they don’t break, as I’ll have to get the crowbar out to force my wallet open 😂🖐️😂. I believe that they are different sizes to the CC-02 ones. Best wishes to you and the family 😎😉
