1. exclusivity - be picky who you spend your time with 2. be kind and considerate but not a people pleaser 3. how will i fix my insecurities? have a mission. start with a purpose for the day, “you know where you’re going” 4. femininity - allow yourself to receive affection and people providing for you. “just because you know you can be independent, doesn’t mean you should be 24/7.” 5. balance - take care of yourself and don’t let emotions control your life. feel them, don’t suppress them. “high value people don’t attach accomplishment to your self worth” - you become unplayable.

I am a man, but actually I find this video way more helpful and useful than many ''high-value man'' videos I've seen on youtube. Some of them are just focused on how to make money and get to work instead of processing your feelings, healing your traumas etc. I just want to heal, accept myself and build a solid foundation for self-esteem and self-development. I also want to share an important fact: I know from personal experience that men can fall into abusive relationships with narcissistic/abusive individuals as easily as women. Everyone struggles with self-esteem and everyone needs to heal, men should embrace femininity too.

Someone finally said it. Yes!! This! Brown women generally are all facing this. We are brainwashed into feeling "selfish" if we prioritise ourselves & our needs growing up as girls, so we all become people pleasers as Adults. 99% of the convo I have with my dearest family/friends is about other people & how overworked they feel doing so much for them. Even if the conversation is about the worry they have for others. Even if I want to try have a catch up with them. I have begun to invest my time in more positive spaces & I set boundaries now. That will never be me again :) x

@@rushialeema8321 Same here girl. As a fellow brown girl ( Indian), we are made to believe that sacrificing ourselves, especially for our in-laws, spouse and parents is something virtuous. A lot of us end up being a pick-me and Barbara the builders who have no control over our own lives and our destiny are often controlled by others(especially the men of our family)

I recently found this channel and I’m really loving the energy here. The HVW stuff isn’t new to me, but Tam approaches in a way that doesn’t put me on guard if that makes sense. I hate HVW being only discussed in the context of dating or ‘being worthy’ of a HVM. A HVW being a woman stepping a way from toxic social media habits or just making sure she’s good with herself (not for someone else’s approval) that’s so much more relatable to me.

I especially liked the part about jealousy and not controlling your partner’s friendships. I have a lot of male friends (I’m in a mostly male sports club), and one of the first things I noticed about my husband was his lack of jealousy. Hey I'm new to your channel but I've already watched all of your videos. You've become my comfort channel. Just listening to you in the background when I'm studying gets me out of that anxious depressed desperate state... It's like you validate my feminine energy and emotions which aren't accepted generally. Coz people usually discourage others to set their boundaries but listening to you gives me that validation to keep loving and prioritizing myself. I hope you keep making more videos and especially more on feminine energy, detachment and self love and confidence. I'd love to watch more videos about accepting the bare minimum in a relationship. Maybe you can dive deep in that. Anyway much love 💗❤

In my opinion, I don’t think we can ever reach our “best version”. We will always find a way to be unsatisfied because we will be so attached to the idea of “best version”. I say just be the person you’d like to be around. You don’t have to be the “best” to enjoy who you are or your life. Change that word “best” into “likeable” or “lovable person”. Best is something that isn’t stable but love is continuous. Nobody can take away your how loved you are. This is just my idea. But, I know there are others like me who don’t really like the word “best”.

I'll be best version of myself✨ You've explained so nicely and the way you have compared is just great! I think thinking about our self self priority is the sign of being a high value woman. Also I've doubt on like there was one of my friend it was a male friend, treating me was dependent on his mood. He use to consider me like I'll do whatever he'll say I'll act like the way he wants to, and my friends told me he's not good but still from childhood i had that being too much good to others quality and i felt bad thinking i cannot leave him it will be not good and all but when he did too much i thought no I've to stop this if i don't I'll destroy my mental health over him. So yeah i took a stand for the first time ever in my life i left someone and tbh i felt so good so peaceful. So tell me thinking of myself being selfish for sake of our goodness do i took the right decision?

I love how she said at the start that this was NOT meant to just be something to attract men or boys. This is for ourselves ~

I started watching your videos from January 1, 2024. I used to relate to all the low vibrational traits then but now I actually feel like I am healing and improving myself. Honestly speaking, I am now becoming more like Athena😊

High Value Affirmations: I am my biggest fan The only opinion that matters is my own because I am only living to please myself I am capable of my wildest dreams and I owe it to myself to achieve them I will live my dream life I will never compare myself to anyone because my journey and character is unique and something that cannot be replicated. That is something to be treasured rather than compared I believe that everything works out in my favour and that my life is abundant in all areas I am fulfilled and happy with the life that I have created for myself and I don’t need anyone or anything to come and save me from it I only choose to surround myself with those who uplift me and reciprocate my energy and my value
