Tammy Larsen character is entertaining, her line is not only funny but also memorable, her rivaly and dislike with tina is great. Some animation or series the writer make the mean girl character mean but not memorable or entertaining( i do understood sometime the mean girl character are not meant to be entertaining or memorable but sometime for some show or animation like bob's burger the mean girl character can be memorable and entertaining not just being mean) her character is not likable but entertaining to watch

Tammy is kinda interesting. She is a stereotypical mean girl but she is smarter and nicer than most people give her credit for. Its hard to explain but i think Tammy is consciously trying to help Tina by being her bully. In the hopes of helping her become more outgoing. We know she is the new girl at Wagstaff in her debut so what if she moved because she was bullied and that bullying lead to her mean girl behavior which she knew was wrong. Like she Consciously said "I am going to be the next Nerdy Girls FOIL so she doesn't end up like me". And that whole "Tina we're trash talking" bit was her having to be blunt about her intent on driving out Tina's competitiveness through getting Tina to trash talk Tammy. Secretly thinking "this girl's gonna be awesome one day, and i totally helped make it happen"
