Hello friends. Let me share the link to the exact boxes I use from Hobby Lobby. I typically buy a bunch when they have their 40% off unfinished wood items sale but either way this is them www.hobbylobby.com/Crafts-Hobbies/Wood-Crafts-Blank-Surfaces/Boxes-Jars-Containers/Round-Wood-Box-With-Lid/p/80927722

You’re so right Tammy, my little boxes sell faster than anything else at my shows. One additional thing I do to finish them off is, I get the self adhesive felt from Amazon and cut a round piece to put on the inside bottom of the box. It just makes it look a little more expensive with only costing a few extra cents, due to the felt being so cheap. Such a great tutorial, as always my friend! ❤

I'm a carpenter with a newly built woodshop for my semi-retirement. I just started oil painting happy little trees lol. So I'm gonna make custom frames for my paintings and prints. I'm also intrigued by the crafts all you artists make here on KZbin and it is inspiring me to think of things to make. I'm currently remodeling my kitchen and will be doing epoxy countertops, and well, I already have acrylic paint I use in my under-base oil painting and I'll have extra epoxy so, I have to make some of these LOL. I don't have a lathe or I'd try and make the boxes. I can make square ones though. This could also make an interesting picture frame finish. Thanks for the cool idea

I LOVE these!! If you were taking orders for these, and you own a Cricut machine, the negative space on the top would be a great place to personalize them with either a first name or a monogram. These would make beautiful bridesmaid gifts, with a pair of earrings, bracelet, or a necklace inside to be worn on the wedding day!

What an excellent idea, I have been making jewelry for about a year now and sales have been flat, mostly because I haven't had enough opportunity to market it. That said I have amassed a decent inventory and your idea of adding the jewelry to the box may be just the marketing strategy that I need. Thank you and Tammy both for the great idea. It's only August but I'm already thinking ahead to the Christmas in the village show that was my best show for sales last year and with this idea and the business cards I had printed it could be the start I need.
