Can I just tell you....I went home to CT for two weeks, I put my sister on to you, lets just say, she couldn't get enough of you. From the simplest meals to the seafood mac & cheese. She's been bragging about that seafood mac& cheese everyday. She acts like I know know you personally. She told me that when I come back in December, to have some more Tammy dishes ready to cook. I think besides Jesus, you're the best thing that's ever happened to me. My fiance is Puerto Rican, so I've been only cooking Spanish meals, that was until I came across you. Thank you, I love you

If you use a little citrus salt it keeps the cheese sauce creamy and not stringy. Look it up.
