Love ur videos! U always thoroughly explain each step as well as showing it. I'm not a nail tech but I've had acrylics on for almost 1o years. Lately I've noticed that the tech I see, she's new and she's awesome but she cuts my natural nail to the point where there is no free edge. She explained that cutting the natural nail helps ensure there is no lifting. However, literally every single nail has lifting on at least one side, most are on both sides. Is this correct? What would u recommend would help to eliminate all lifting or at least the majority? Looking forward to ur next video, thanks so much!!!! ❤❤

If shes using a sanding back to remove the cuticle... then yeah. The sanding bands usually cant get into the sides.

Clients that had a problem with lifting usually did well with "Sculpt" as you were using polygel. What is sculpt? Aside from sculpting any particular nail system but what do you mean?

Yes... but the product is Tammy taylor brand, That is what they wanted to explain in their comment. You need to look for the video where he made that set to find out if he did it with acrylic or polygel (Tammy tailor brand)

Why in 2020 are we still doing nails the long way around with working a manual file and encouraging rsi ? And carpal tunnel which is nearly guaranteed for anybody in the nail industry to get and that’s proven by most national artists that have been doing Nails for 20 years have all had carpal tunnel operations. Use the electric file cuts time and never a need to clip as there is not lifting when using a e-file ... yes of course we need hand dupes still but time is money ( I have done nails for 20+ years all manual filling and live in so much pain these days and I’m only 45) so ladies invest in good e-files and learn good techniques from YN and others. Please don’t get me wrong TAMMY is and does great nails but all that filling is not good period
