the big flip is by far the harder more technical on of the two. a nollie tre, vs a nollie big flip. then add the crooked. people have been tre flipping for decades. but the big flip came out far more recently an is basically the same as a tre except you add a body varial, making it more technical.

Deathcat666 Cori a big spin is a 360 shove it with a body varial, adding a flip to that is a 360 flip with a body varial…unless tricks aren't what they used to be, they are the same thing, just one has a body varial.
