CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! They've charged me incorrectly the last 3 orders. BOGO is not showing up, they merely apologize when I email support and credit me. I wonder how many orders have gone through without me adding up my receipts. Spread the word!!!!

john hutto I've just finished my shopper orientation and I was slightly confused about the BOGO situation. It said if there's a BOGO, that we only get the one item and the customer gets credited for it. On your orders, did you request the BOGO and select the quantity to reflect getting both? I'm hoping we can help one another figure this out. As a shopper, I have access to live chat support so maybe we can fix this.
