He is a reminder to us all that it is a mindset (which requires daily tweaking) regardless of age to be fit in mind, body and spirit. Additionally, he has style and a taste for nice things. i’m 58 and My daughter just passed this year and she would of turned 39. My oldest of 4 grandchildren is 19. people say I look like I’m in my 30s. My mom is 79 and my father is 97. It has a lot to do with genetics as well
