Tamsui District then flying back to MNL (Day 9&10)

Sharing with you guys my Day 9 & 10 in Taiwan.
Exploring Tamsui District, this is my first time here. The park and some food. Sadly I wasn't able to see the wharf itself due to very looooong line, and going back to MNL.
