It's not simply that she's 19, it's that she hastily threw together a con within months specifically act as competition against Vidcon (egged on by irate fans who wanted Vidcon to be humiliated for shunning their Tana). I haven't organized a con but I know that you shouldn't throw together something that big in such a short amount of time with little to no experience, you shouldn't try to do something like that during the same time as a bigger con that's practically right next door. You take into consideration the capacity of your venue and tickets sold. You should most definitely NOT tell people that they can get in for free. She's not used to hosting a con but she's been on tour or whatever she did where she did her live story tellings so some common sense from those experiences should have been applied to this unless she really is totally clueless on how all of this works. Now I know people are saying the fault is really with Goodtimes, I think it's a combination of both.
