Most rude people are Mongolian government employees, they do not have a fundamental understanding of how treat engage with people, and extremely rude they don't have business skills for government employees. Nowadays it getting worse the extremely corrupted, don't have ethical and intellectual characteristics and principles. Everywhere demands corruption and nobody cares for the Mongolian future. That is why such young intellectual potential people are leaving Mongolia, living and working in Foreign countries.
