Most of the music of WoW is instrumental, piano, harp, etc. But, I can't tell whether this is instrumental or digital. That pedal tone in A (I believe it's A) and the doppler-sounding whirring coming and going sound digital, but there seems to be actual woodwind (the higher pitch, you'll hear it going up and down, louder and quieter) weaving in and out. It's a fascinating piece. Hopefully, I can find out more about this, but if anyone knows more about this composition and its recording, I'd love to hear. There doesn't seem to be too much known about the type of recording of this music, though it means a lot to all of us wowhards. (Yes, Russell Brower wrote the Lament of the Highborne, and that's pretty much a classic theme known and loved by most of us players, but is anything really KNOWN about the music/recording?)
