My partner's Sun conjuncts my Pluto at a .04 degree orb and I can definitely say this has been the most life-changing connection I have ever experienced. I was atheist when I first met him and never believed in soul connections or anything beyond the physical realm, yet I somehow knew intuitively it was a fated connection. I went through an intense spiritual awakening which completely transformed me and everything I believed in. I was also originally in a dark state of depression, deeply hated myself and had low self-esteem. Meeting him somehow helped me to heal these wounds and brought me towards unconditional love. This aspect is no joke to say the least.

I'm sure this aspect is part of this, but it sounds like a lot more is probably going on, such as strong 8th, 12th, Jupiter, Neptune, etc type stuff as well. When it comes to Pluto, because it is so slow moving, we share many of the same aspects with many from our generation, especially with people born within a few years of us. For this reason, I barely even look at Pluto unless the following conditions are there: One or both of the partners are strongly attuned to Pluto natally or transit wise, they are of a different generation, and/or the aspect(s) are very close (which is true in your case). Then, when you have strong 8th House and/or Scorpio interaction simultaneously, the Pluto aspects become more highlighted as well.

My husband and I definitely have Sun-Pluto intensity in our synastry chart! My Sun conjuncts his Pluto with a 1° orb, his Sun sextiles my Pluto with a 5° orb, my Sun and Pluto are conjunct with a 10° orb, and his Sun and Pluto are sextile with a 5° orb! Your descriptions of the Sun-Pluto aspects in our relationship are accurate! We have been married for almost 12 years and still have unresolved issues from these challenges. His sun strongly trines with my pluto and my sun strongly trines with his pluto. We’re not official yet, so we’re in for some serious transformation. This is one of almost ten pluto-planet aspects we have between the two of us, some stronger than others. I feel like Spirit has drawn us together for a reason, and it is a powerful one. YEAH...this aspect is felt...I have my own Pluto within 4 degrees of my Scorpio Sun....so I don’t think much about it when I’m in it with someone else who’s Sun/Pluto is around the first 1-8 degrees of Scorpio (which is a lot of people as we are in/or was in Pluto generation)....you can guess these conversations can get deep, intense and escalate into taboo topics/subjects...REAL quick without skipping a beat haha

So many interpretations of the sun conjunct Pluto aspect have the sun person as weak, I've experienced this twice and as the sun person were always giving(libra), especially when the Pluto person is looking vulnerable but scary. Passion lies therein. It's certainly deep, passionate and at times painful but oh so good too.

I just met a girl online from another country and for the first time I felt instant attraction with Sun-Pluto opposition in our synnastry. Now I get why he's in my life... A Pluto transit. Thing is, he caught me at the tail end of the transit after wrestling with someone else over an important issue and I was already coming to the conclusion that I deserve better than what I was getting. This new guy, I feel, is just pointless to have in my life because he doesn't give me what I want in a relationship and I'm not going to wrestle him for it. You either have the energy innate in you to share or you don't. I don't see the need to manipulate your energies to get what I want. The right guy configured for me will come at the right time.

We have so much Sun/Pluto going on 🙈 more on the harmonious side though. I have Sun in Pisces trine Pluto in Scorpio, he has Sun in Scorpio conjunct Pluto (in the 8th?!?). His Pluto is trine my Sun (4 degree orb), and my Pluto is just shy of conjunct his Sun (7 degree orb). But yeah, we've definitely never had a "normal" relationship - issues that most couples don't seem to confront until years into their marriage? Nope, we started wrestling with them within the first year of dating 😆

I am friends with someone who has their Sun Sextile my Pluto. To make things more interesting, my natal Pluto and Black Moon Lilith are in exact conjunction. Both are trine my natal Sun and Saturn, which is combust. My poor friend! LOL! It's mostly been fine, apart from anything to do with sex. She was very sheltered and religious growing up and I took it apon myself to inform her about things like eyeball licking and feederism . I broke her shelf, but in a nice way. Don't worry!

Hi, i find it interesting that most astrology are so focused on orbs on aspects. I have Sun and Moon in Scorpio at 15 and 16 degrees respectively. The other person has Pluto in Scorpio at 6 degrees (it is closer to my mercury than my Sun and Moon), yet I feel everything you said regarding the conjunction. So it's more than 5 degrees but I feel it deeply. I think you can't categorize it like that.
