No, this looks just like a normal tandem flight. In training, you don't do any tandem flights. But since I have gotten my licence in Germany, I can't tell you for sure how training is done in other countrys.

Tandem gliders are designed like beginner gliders. Slow, easy, and safe

Dude, wind change affects the glider, the pilot has to correct, that was a beautiful landing.

@@abseil76 the last few seconds he was using the full brake range. Normally a glider should stall at that position, my guess is trim was open to avoid that.
